I've lived here for 4 years and haven't had a good reason to leave: great floorplan layout, well-kept attractive grounds with plenty of grass and trees, appealing brick facades, community is peaceful and well-behaved for the most part, courteous and friendly staff, reliable laundry machines, convenient parking, decent rent prices considering square footage, pretty convenient access to Mopac and 183. My only reason for moving is it's a little too far north from all that central/downtown has to offer. The commute in rush-hour traffic (between 4 and 7 pm...) gets old. But everyone I know who's lived here has enjoyed it and recommended it. A hidden gem.
