Biggest Problem is the Management

I have lived here several years because I have transportation issues and it is close to major bus transit centers and stops. They raise your rent every chance they get and do not care if you are not getting anything for it. The pool is so dirty you cannot swim in it. They do the minimal they can in repairs. It took me a year to get my toilet to stop running; I had to beg for repairs. They will just give you a big pitch about how much it costs to live at other apartments in Austin and how they are giving you a great deal so you should be grateful. But I never felt appreciated and felt fearful to ask for repairs. It is a convenient location and lower than some apartments but huge groups of people hang out by the pool especially on Sundays to the point where you can't even use it. Lots of plumbing problems and no W/D in units. Several people have had flooding in their apartments. Water bills are too high and on that allocated system where you DEFINITELY end up paying for other people's water usage.
