I live in this apartment for 2 years, so far I don't have complaints yet. Staffs here were accomodating and friendly, like for me if I will complain for something that needs repair somebody is always available to help. Of course I have to pay though as it was stated on the contract, I understand because I came to this apartment and that it is in good condition. The only thing though sometimes it noisy in the morning because of people mowing the lawn early.
