It's a pretty good deal considering the location and the price. I paid 740 for the smaller sized two bedroom I'll do good and bad points.
Good:
-It's priced well and you're close to central Austin and bus routes (I don't ride but my neighbors do
-Even the smallest 2 bedroom plan has two bathrooms, so you don't have to share with a roommate
-pet fees are cheaper than most, I think we paid 300 (1/2 of it non-refundable) as opposed to 400 or 500, I've been quoted recently
-I don't talk to any of my neighbors, but all of them are quiet...my downstairs neighbor plays loud music but he'll turn it down immediately if we ask
-the late fee if you don't pay your rent on time it $20, my new apartment charges $75, AND you only have to declare you're moving out 1 month in advance
-free Wifi by the pool,so if you live by the pool you'll probably have it in your apt
-it has some trees and grassy areas, which are nice
Bad:
-you wont always get to park right in front of your apartment, there is always parking, but you might have to walk a little, (like two minutes). I've never had a problem, but some people are picky
-maintenance is pretty fast except one time our AC was out for 3 days, the leasing manager told us that the place had emergency 24 hour maintenance and specifically mentioned AC repair, so I was pretty angry
-bathrooms are small, if you're a girl and you have a lotta stuff, it'll probably get knocked of the counter at some point in time, just a warning
-not all apartments have W/D connections, if that matters to you
-MY F**KING LIGHT BULBS ALWAYS BLOW OUT!! ALWAYS!! this is the worst part, I have replaced at least 10 light bulbs, it drives me crazy!
But yeah, so I recommend it for 740-800, but that's your decision, of course. Just wanted to give you something to consider

I agree for the most part except maintaince is slow. The bad thing is that I have a 2/2 with W/D connections and our lease expires in Jan and they want us to renew for $840 and they want $900 for month to month!! So we are moving because they are to expensive now. Oh and the bathrooms dont have any storage (no panty or anything) and the patios are big but rundown. But overall its a decent place to live.
