The only loud drunks I have ever encounterd were thrown out by management after many warnings. The only roaches I have ever encountered were those brought in by those who suddenly left another apartment and left by people who fled in the middle of the night. We are guaranteed pest control every month - that is not to say that it is automatic. We are all told that if you want to get on the pest control list then sign in at the office for pest control every month. Not such a big deal if you are not having a problem with roaches but is a real big problem if you are not clean and do not want to check in at the office due to late rent. The management and staff are friendly and cooperative with those with whom they can be friendly and cooperative. I have never had one complaint that was not instantly addressed and corrected. Well, except for one - and when I vocalized that problem it was fixed that very day. I recommended two people to move here and both are still here, after four years. If you are a loud, trashy, obnoxious not paying your rent sort of a person then do not come here. And as for towing - thank God! Why should crappy old vehicles be left here. There are signs everywhere warning you NOT to park without a permit. And then there are people who think that they do not have to have a permit. As far as the management, I personally know that she does care about her tenants. She has bent over backward not only for me but for many other tenants. And the cop' Are you talking about the lady officer or the male officer. Both of whom are friends of mine and both of whom I have personally seen do great work for this complex, the people in this complex and for our community at large. It appears to me that these Anonymous Reviews are full of sour grapes and I am glad that they no longer remain here at WoodGate. Real men and women announce their names.
