I have lived here two years and according to the management we have pest control every month, however we have seen the pest guy maybe 3 times in the last two years. Management knows there are pest problems and never takes care of them. we have things from our move in list to be fixed that no one has ever come to check on let alone fix. I have put in a work order 4 times for my second bathroom shower to be fixed and no one has even come to look at it. There is a playground here the kids use, and recently management decided to tear it down, so now the kids play in the parking lots. The leasing manager can buy plants and such for the property to make it appear nicer, however will not repair anything substantial. All she seems to be worried about is her monthly bonus for having all rents in on time. Over all this is a very poorly run property and i wouldnt recommend seeking residence here. We are currently leaving our lease as it has become too much and frankly im tired of roaches trying to eat dinner with me.
