UPDATE: One neighbor, a continual noise nuisance whom several neighbors have complained about, has threatened physical violence against me for putting in a noise complaint, and has been heard by residents and guests ranting homophobic rhetoric in the courtyard. Staff and onsite police have promised to up their efforts in "controlling his behavior" and "educating him in proper Woodgate community behavior."

I still cannot help but notice that a resident in the courtyard in which I live has threatened to kick my ass and that he was ranting about beating me up while passing in front of my window while children were outside playing in the courtyard.

OPINION AT ONE MONTH
I love it here. I've been here for one month now. It's a fantastic community where the neighbors are friendly but not up in my business. Everything I have asked for has been accomplished within two days, if not one. I have a little yard that I get to take care of and design, and the complex provides access to gardening tools. The swimming pool is salt-water and maintained constantly. They steam clean the pool chairs and keep the water pristine. There's an area to let my dogs run and they provide doggy litter bags. The exterminator visits every month and attends to each apartment on alternative months unless you request to have yours sprayed every month. I request to have mine sprayed every month because I don't like bugs and everyone knows that if your neighbors get sprayed, the bugs will only move to the homes that aren't sprayed. I don't have kids of my own, but the kids in the complex are all well-behaved. There is ample parking for everyone that lives here, and for guests. The only people who get towed are the people who park in resident parking, and it is up to the residents to ensure that their guests are not parking in resident parking, as the tow trucks will take notice, something that we are all well informed of when we sign the lease.

Hope it gets better for you.... the complex is like very old, but kind of family like from what I have seen. Older complex, but for the money its not a bad place at all. I visit all the time, and dont feel unsafe at all when I visit at night.
