ok. flooding and weird stain on bathroom ceiling

we lived at woodhollow the fall when a number of apt complexes got flooded. So did ours. And so they put these big dryers in the bedroom and we had to move out into the living room while they replaced the carpet. That's all they did, which i guess is typical of most apt complex "maintenance solutions" but they could have offered us a night in a hotel or something while they were "working on the problem" with people coming in and out at all hours. And the next time it rained, the floor was wet. We had to move everything off the floor of our closet.
Then this weird rust colored stain appeared on the ceiling of the bathroom. and water dripping from there too. We called the manager and the maintenance guy came out several times, always baffled. In the end, they painted over the stain and then it reappeared again. Fortunately we had only a 6 month lease and moved elsewhere.
Also, like clockwork on fridays and saturdays, drunks screech into the parking lot with the music blaring coming back from the bars.
On the plus side, the have some recycling there and I was able to get them to replace the crappy dishwasher with a new one when we moved in. I still miss the washer and dryer. Its nicer than some other nearby complexes. Live on the second floor. mgFDbN4-dhkSMZ7zRmVH
