I didn't live there, but my boyfriend did. He had a hole in his ceiling (I believe from an old water leak) that he asked them to fix, but they never did. He lived through the hottest summer ever without air conditioning (even though he told them it did not cool). His ant problem was so bad that you couldn't sleep without getting eaten up. The layout was very nice, but appliances were very old. It could have been a very nice place had everything been fixed. He even went home once (he mostly stayed at my place because of the problems)and maintenance had left his water running full blast in his kitchen sink. No reason why, as there was not a plumbing problem, but they had been in his place fixing things (') that didn't even need fixing. He had low rent, but I think they were just waiting for him to move before they fixed anything, so they could charge more rent.

Post a review on the complex you mean to be talking about. Woodhollow is NOT Point at Woodhollow. Get it right or dont post anything.
