This place is a nightmare. Since the day we moved in we've been harrassed by the property manager about this, that or the other thing. If they're not threatening eviction for reasons that don't involve late payment or noise they're making up new rental charges. this is in addtion to the contant increase in our water bill from our first month at 10 dollars a month to our current (even mid Dec.) water bill that it still over 40 dollars. their billing methods are always changing so its difficult to keep track.Parking is a joke in my part of the complex so if you're planning on having more than one car here plan on fighting with people for space. The plumbing on the property is worse than old house plumbing. When my neighbor turns the shower on or flushes the toilot I FEEL IT IN MY SHOWER! this occurs every single time I shower. The roaches are out of control and have obviously been here for a while considering their size. At no point have all of my bathrooms worked at the same time. I have mold on my ceiling from a leak thats source completely eludes me. I got slapped with a 600 dollar charge (that I thought was taken care of at the begining of my lease) two weeks before christmas demanding payment by the 15th of Dec!! Then after all of this, all of these charges and headaches. They have the nerve to leave a letter on our doors stating that we're not going to have to pay for our hot water to be heated! thats right a new utility charge in the middle of my lease!! i've hardly heard of places changing for water but to bloody heat the water! their justification was to "save money in the common areas" ie. the office. all in all i'm livid as to what has occured in this complex. The rent is a little on the high side for the neighborhood and complete lack of ammenities (no gym, crappy pool) the managments iron fist also leaves a lot to be desired.the floorplan rocks (two bedroom, loft townhouse) but its so old. the electric is inconsitant from time to time my stove doesnt even work the dishwasher is from the stoneage and there is *NO MICROWAVE* The windows are paper thin and most of my ceiling fans stopped working within a couple of weeks of moving in. don't be fooled by misleading leasing promises these apartments are not up to condo code I can hear my neighbors flush their toilets. Bottom line. Stay away from this place unless you want to piss away money and aggrevation or managment has had a makeover.

What a digruntal resident. If you pay your rent on time and pet deposits, AND report problems that your are having, things will get done there. Good luck renting somewhere else.....

you may want to read things a little more closely before you respond. It's fairly obvious that you are an employee here and probably the tyrant herself. my problems have been reported and after having a minimum of 10 non-responses to emergency maintainance (resulting in the fire department having to show up and do electrical work themselves.) and when I finally did get someone here they ghetto rigged everything I called to fix. ie. tile in the bathtub lose enough to be pushed in. a sink with a severe leak (that was promised to be replaced) two sliding glass doors that do not function. a constant battle with the stove tripping the breakers.

as for renting somewhere else. I will be owning somewhere else.

There are several communities in the Far West area with a much better property, vastly superior ammenities and remodeled apartments for less than what i'm paying here. consider going elseswhere.
