Smelled Like Pet Piss

The place was FILTHY and smelled like animal piss that just would not go away. the baseboards were coated in years of grime, the linoleum and countertops looked like they had been painted over (dirt and all). The worse the humidity was, the worse the place smelled. It was disgusting. For this amount of rent you can rent a nice clean place that you dont have to have a mortuary fumigator clean first!
