I've been pleasantly surprised living here: things rarely go wrong, and when they do, the maintenance people are quick and friendly. Also, our appliances always work perfectly, and although the included washer/dryer are small, they get the job done. It's a nice bonus to be able to do laundry right in your apartment.

I really like the layout in our unit - we have a balcony view of hills and sky, the dining room is separate from the living room, and each bedroom has its own toliet with 1 shower to share.

There have only been a few times when I couldn't find a parking spot right near my unit...but there are some areas that are not as well-lit as others, and you just have to scope out the best area to park.

My car was broken into last semester, and my CD player was stolen, but I learned that parking away from the lights (or away from where people can see your car out their windows) is a bad idea. Now that I park out in the open view of all the apartments and under lighting, I've had no problems.

Management is a little slow sometimes, but they usually figure everything out and try their best.

Overall, I've had a pleasant time living here, with few problems to speak of. I would recommend it to anyone - especially if you need to grab the UT shuttle to school.
