Not a good place

When I first moved in, I was excited about nice layout and reasonable price. However, in the first three months of living here our disposal broke, our washing machine broke (flooding our kitchen and downstairs bathroom at one o'clock in the morning, to which the emercency matience service never responded), the wather was shut off and on at least five times, and we were infested with large rats in our pantry who left droppings everywhere and ruined all of our dry food. When our kitchen flooded, we asked that our carpets be replaced. They responded quickly, but merely took up the carpet, dried it out, and then put the same one back. When we complained about the rats, it took them two times to do anything about it. It's been a real pain living here, and I'd move if I could afford the amount of money they want to terminate the lease.

It's a little bit ironic that the day I recieved this response, our washing machine broke for the second time (not even three months after having it fixed), and flooded our downstairs in the middle of the night. I appriciate your response to my concern, but it appears to me that even with the new management, the issues that we have been having still are not being fixed properly. My kitchen still floods, and my neighbors still have rats. Every time I try to visit the office, they seem to be closed for one reason or another. If you would like to contact me directly, my email address should be listed with my username, I would appriciate if something could be done to not only fix the individual problems, but the entire situation that my roommates and I have been put in.

Hmmmm....that's interesting to know!
I haven't seen any rats but plenty of skunks at the other property...Spice Creek, not to mention, the neighbors are VERY noisey, and when the mgt is informed, nothing is done about it....to include the VERY poor insulation in the apts....matter a fact they have no problems letting you "BUY" yourself out of your lease to shut you up and get you out of their heads!
Even when you can't afford to do so!!
THESE PROPERTIES ARE ONLY IN THIS BUSINESS FOR THE MONEY....RESIDENTS ARE NOT CONSIDERED HUMAN BEINGS, BUT ANOTHER NUMBER!!!
IF I KNEW THEN WHAT I KNOW NOW:)
IT WAS A WASTE OF TIME!!!!
A LESSON LEARNED!!!

Spice Creek? That's not one of our communities... but sorry to hear about your troubles. We honestly do care about all of residents and aim to provide the best service possible. We are planning some incredable renovations this year to make the community an even better place to live.
