I have lived at Woodhollow for 2yrs. I like the floor plan, closet space, & vaulted ceilings at Woodhollow. Apartment management & staff have always promptly responded to any maintenance requests and/or other problems I've had (usually within 24 hrs). The last 2 places I lived in Austin, never responded to maintenance or any requests unless I put the request in writing alleging a lease violation. The management & staff have always treated me with respect & are couteous & professional. When I have had maintenance performed, the maintenance staff always clean/pick up after themselves.
To respond to other ratings about water problems & the buildings, I have lived in other apts. in the Far West/Greystone area & they were cutting water off more than what I've experienced here at Woodhollow. It seems this area in general has water/plumbing problems. Finally, I agree that the buildings,wood siding & stairs are in need of structural repairs and/or replacement. However, it is my understanding that the new owners intend to do more than just paint the outside. qmzu4EHcaGAPVCPw2Fai
