perfect only if you live on the 3rd floor From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/16/2001 Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2001   Living on either 2nd or 1st floor might make you mad because you could hear the foot stomps above. There's a lot of speed bums on a hill area. Apartment complex is old and looks run down. But the oval shaped bath-tubs and the quiet tree-hugging environment make up for it's age. Walking distance to AMD, UT shuttle and Capitol Metro bus routes. Lease terms include 6 or 12 months to my knowledge. Rent is cheap! Plus the staff is punctual and friendly.
