it's like living in a very nice tree house! From: CorpusPorpoise Date posted: 4/27/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   I just moved into my eff. apartment on the third floor and I LOVE it. On my move in, the apartment was very clean and smelled great. I have an awesome view of downtown with beautiful mature trees. The balcony is the perfect size for a table and four chairs, plus many plants! The eff. apartment is small, but the layout is perfect and feels more like a one bedroom with the divider wall between the "bedroom" area and the "living room" area. There is a large walk in closet as well as a nice storage closet off of the balcony. The kitchen is big and includes ledge/bar area perfect for barstools.
