Woodmeade Apartments

Just starting out, will update after a while, but... From: renternow1 Date posted: 8/26/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   So far so good. It is indeed fairly old, but has a bit of a charming feel to it. There seems to be plenty of parking and a lot more light than some reviewers mention, but there are some dark spots. Austin is a nice town, but is indeed urban, so do use common sense anywhere. We have plenty of space and the our bathroom has obviously been updated and renovated (nice large oval bath tub in the the master bath and new bathroom fixtures in both bathrooms). Staff are very friendly and know exactly what they're doing. Maintenance is very good and are prompt and friendly (we had a problem with our dishwasher and instead of just fixing it, they replace the whole thing!). The trees provide nice shade to keep the whole area cooler. Balconies are good size and if you get a anything above 800 square feet, the balconies are HUGE. The complex overall is in need of a new paint job and again the apartment is a bit on the old side, but don't let that stop you from at least taking a peak. These are very nice apartments, especially for their price.
