The management here is cool. Several live on site. Noise is variable, but complaints are handled, not blown off. The maintainence guys are super. The neighborhood is not the greatest, but the problems don't frequently overflow into the complex. The buildings are older, and the rent is reasonable by Austin standards. The apartments are pretty roomy, the balconies are big enough to do something with.

Well... they obviously live @ Woodmeade. Why else would they post a review under "Woodmeade Apartments" ?
