I lived in these apartments with roommates for a few years, after living in other complexes in the same area. The parking can be difficult at night, depending on what part of the complex you are in. The crime is the worst - our apartment was broken into, and our cars also (multiple times).. AND even our friend's car when he was visiting for one night! The walls are paper thin. The buildings are old and falling apart. The maintenance guys are nice and respond to requests quickly, and the girls in the office are nice - EXCEPT the manager!!!!! Lucille (manager) is mean and ruthless. She does not seem to care for the tenents. When we moved out, they charged us for every little thing imaginable, even though our place was clean when we left. 3mPoZ6gGN6wTPgNi4L2C

Be responsible... don't leave valuable stuff in your car, it's just common sense. Doesn't matter where you live- an apartment, a house, East Austin, West Austin- it's going to get broken into if you're careless.
