Woodmeade Apartments

not terrible, I was content From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/30/2007 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2006   Okay, I just finished writing another review for a different complex down the street (Cityview) and decided to write one for the place I lived at prior to it. By the way, stay away from Cityview! I lived at Woodmeade for 3.5 years and found the staff to be courteous and helpful, although I never dealt with Lucille directly except for my walkout inspection which went fine. Maintenance was done in a timely manner. Yes, my kitchen floor had a slope to it and you could hear the upstairs neighbor walking around, but that's what one should expect with older buildings. The price was reasonable for a 1 br. It had two large storage closets and a garden tub. I never had my car broken into, but I never left anything of value in it. The trees were nice but a bad storm in April of '06 sent a lot of them crashing down as was the case all over Austin. This is east Austin so watch out for car break-ins and the peeping Toms. The complex at least notified everyone of those situations. I can't say that much for Cityview and that's where our apartment got broken into!
