great place for the money From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 11/26/2007 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2007   My boyfriend and I have lived in this complex for over two years in, cumulatively, 4 separate apartments. We've never had a problem with crime, except one time when someone *tried* to break into his car, but didn't succeed. Our neighbors have always been pretty quiet. I've seen a lot of complaints about the paper thin walls, but I have not noticed my neighbors any more than I would expect to. The places are HUGE for the money you pay, but the location is a turn-off for some - we are only moving because we got jobs that are in north Austin and the commute was getting to be too much. The patios/balconies are enormous and I loved having washer/dryer connections, which a lot of the places we looked at afterward didn't have. The office staff was always really nice to us and always remembered who we were even though we hardly ever saw them! One thing to watch out for - some of the locations of individual buildings make moving in and out REALLY difficult. We learned that the hard way!
