This has definetly been the worst combination of both evil management and low dependability apartments. It averages about $530/month for 1 bedroom and it is descent size but almost everything doesn't work or function properly. Window screens, clogged sink were never replaced although inventory was taken and manager was alerted several times. The same manager actually attempted to rob me of about 70 dollars the first month of rent and has never made the effort to take maintenance claims into consideration. You will be puzzled within about a week of moving in about this odor that does not seem normal...Yes, as other reviews have mentioned, that "odor" is a mix of gas and paint that will give you a headache each morning when you wake up!
I complained to management several times regarding this issue and the maintenance man even tried to persuade me that it was all in my head. Police were there just about every night as their was many instances of theft. Take all that and add it with roaches the size of my index finger, and then you still decide to live here, good luck.
