Yeah, as others have said there are big problems with fumes causing headaches and sickness. They also lied about mine (I wish I had seen this site earlier and made a run for it). Maintenance ignores even heinous problems. For instance, my roof leaks and I live on the first floor of a two story building. Huge roaches come from the outside from cracks in various parts of my apartment. Water leaks to produce mold. To cap it all off, they have evicted me without cause right after I gave notice that I was cancelling my lease. I guess they want to hurry up and get another sap in here. I hope it's not you.
