Great location... AWFUL management From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 8/25/2005 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005   It is close to downtown and some of the tenents are great folks. But, the management - from the office to the mgmt company - are just awful. It is cheap rent compared to other Austin apartments, but the service is quite cheap too. Repeated pest problems, including animals and insects, have gone unanswered by the management. They really do not care to deal with your problems. Safety has also become a problem. Several home invasions have occured late at night with residents home and the management seems to look the other way and lies to tenents about it. Ask them before you move in how many burglaries have been committed in the last year. They will say zero. Ask them how quickly pest problems are dealt with. The answer is that they are not. The office staff is rude and unyielding. It is a shame as the property has such great promise. But it is in disrepair and noone seems to care. For $700 a month, go somewhere else.
