Pluses and Minus From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/2/2007 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007   Charming, clean, the maintence staff is great-and overworked, noisy from Manchaca, those little notes that are left on my door much too often bring me back to the days of dorm living, the parking lot needs to be redone-when it rains you can not get to the garbage bin,the location is grea! The lease-time goes down and the rent goes up.They are making improvements to the property daily. The kitchen and bathroom floors are outdated and buckling in places and my microwave is one of the originals from the 70's--it does work though! I would love to have a full recycling center-cans, paper, plastics-this is Austin! I am basically happy to be here. BuLYzGcKAVo8MQPlcXJq
