There are break ins, vandelism, dometic violence and robberies ALL the time. Rent has even been stolen out of the night deposit box and you will be held accoutable for that. The cops are here regularly every week. The management staff, especially the manager, are RUDE, unprofessional and will tell you they only care about you paying your rent. The front of the complex looks decent enough but there are illegal aliens living 5 or more to a one bedroom apartments, trash everywhere and drug deals going down all the time. The manager is well aware of this and does nothing. There is a serious parking problem they will not do anything about b/c it forces you to pay for covered parking. Cars get broken into right in front of the office. There is absolutley no security here and the towing company works off a pager and never return your calls. The laundry room can only be used by going thru the office during business hours b/c of theft along with any vending machines. The security gates haven't worked in over two years. Kids have been hit by cars driving too fast thru the parking lots. Think VERY carefully before living here. IT IS NOT SAFE!!!!

I've been living here for a short period as well and I know what you mean!! I haven't had any problems with the office staff. Actually the manager was quite nice to me the first few times I had a complaint but then recently she seemed rather annoyed by it. I've already decided to move out of here when my lease is up! I have the nosiest ghetto neighbors and have to wear ear plugs at night when I sleep. It's pretty pathetic how inconsiderate some people are these days! How much longer do you have to go on your lease?

I have previously lived at Woodway Squares. The only problem I had was with the parking. The manager was hospitable and my apartment issues were handled in a timely manner. I plan on moving back when I get back to Austin. Hopefully it isn't as bad as people are saying.

Yes! That is very true, we moved out there because the staffs aren't friendly. Even thought they hired wrong men, maintance did stole our camera - CANON! cook in my kitchen while my things aren't empty yet. So disrespect! I called police, it wont do any good, they got away but their prices will get them later.
