Nightmare Management!!

The Apartment property is lovely. You get the feeling of serene living. That is until you move in. Understanding at the move in that this property also leases to Low income families. Also with the understanding that there will be an active manager on property. After a few obnoxious behaviors noticing that neighbors children were running a muck and destroying property or attempting thereof. We immediately reported it to the Apartment Manager. We lived in a beautiful apartment complex and wanted to keep it that way. Needless to say that since that time we have not had any peace from our neighbors and our constant reports to the manager seem to go unheard. Nothing had been done until recently. This is now 10 months later. The manager giving us the impression that we were being a nuisance. Our hope was that the manager would have had some consideration for us and enforced the contract that we signed. All we wanted was peace just like everyone else. Management here is a nightmare. If you would like a nice place to live with a manager that will allow you to destroy property and allow you to do whatever you want to do. Then this is the place for you.

I agree. My niece lives at these apartments and it seems that her requests from management went unheard. My nieces neighbors break into their own apartment regularly, as it is apparent from the different ways their screen is bent. This same neighbor broke into her bedroom window while she was at home in her bed during the day and then was told that it was an honest mistake!? Now she is being constantly harassed by her neighbor and has had no peace. After the break in she was told that the neighbor would be moving, this occurrence was over a month and a half ago and now her neighbor has moved in her whole entire family. There seems to be about 6 adults and several children living in their 3-bedroom apartment. I thought the law regulations are 2 persons to a room big or small. I guess management didnt receive that memo. Its a shame that such a nice apartment facility would allow such turmoil on their property. So yes I agree with you about the lack of management skills at this property.
