Ok at first I loved this place..... but then I moved in. Dont get me wrong the apartments are nice and great looking, but when it comes to the neighbors and the little kids pretty much doing what ever they want, it becomes a headache. Also the "street pharmasists" that conduct there business here are not really so much a problem as the other people that dont know how to drive who just slam into your somewhat decent looking veh with there pile of $#!t. And just drive off. Parking sucks the spaces are so small if you get your veh right inside the lines, you cant get out. And if you wonder why Im so concered about getting my vehicle in the lines is because the towing company that WOODWAY hired tows you for just about any thing. Once I saw them start to tow a vehice and then it dropped and broke the bottom end of the car. But the guy just put it back on the wrecker just like nothing happend. The apt complex refused to fix my dishwasher which never worked from day one because I was fixing to move and not planning on renuing my lease. They said theres no point in fixing it since I was only gonna be here another month. And just recently my ceiling leaked, I dont know about you for a two year old complex I would not figure that the roof would leak. Now I have severe carpet damage which im sure there gonna find me responsible for. Oh well the carpet sucks anyway it changes colors for some odd reason, it turned an orange color on some spots and i know alot of other neighbors that have the same problem. I dont mind the orange resinence cause im a huge UT fan but I know my wife hates it. If you move here you can live any where thats pretty much all i can say.

You are right, I also had orange spots appear on my carpet. They just started spewing up here and there. The complex is nice looking on the outside, but be careful not to look too close. They are made very cheap as well. The cabinets start to chip paint and the walls look like paper when you clean them. AWFUL.
