Tenant Problems From: proudtolivehere Date posted: 4/9/2006 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2006 1 response   I love this complex and am very proud I live here. However, there is a problem with other tenants who don't seem to have pride for this place. The children had destroyed a lot of the pool area chairs and tables and still run around unsupervised. However, things are getting better and the management is very aware of the problems and is working on getting them fixed. The main problem is the few residents who seem to have no care about the fact that this is a very nice community and seem to be intent on ruining the community areas. If the other residents who care would get together to fix the child problem, this would be a wonderful place.
