The units are nice looking, but are built cheap. The ceilings and walls are very thin, I can hear my upstairs neighbor use the restroom. A lot of the neighbors are loud, playing music very late. Children are constantly running and riding bicycles through the parking lot even though there is a playground and planty of sidewalks. Tha management leaves something to be desired. The garages are great but if you park in the lot be prepared for dents.
