If you want an apartment that does not have working security gates, children running around the complex at all times of the night, and does not handle your maintenance concerns on time then this is the place for you. Be prepared, however, to pay fees when you move out. The carpet that is supposed to last for five years will be charged to you if you move out in two so take good care of it. Maybe you should try and take it with you if you can, LOL. You will also be charged for any marks on the walls, so have your children wear gloves in the house so that this can be prevented. Oh, also be prepared for the maintenance crew to be sick, or non-existant in an emergency. Keep all of this in mind, and I wish all of you a lot of luck with this one.
