I wouldn't suggest this apartment to anyone. Unless of course you like an occassional shoot out on the property, obnoxious and absurd "hip-hop/Rap" music playing for all hours of the night using VERY foul language, a notice on your door every couple weeks about assaults (notice it IS plural) and weapons being discharged, then this is the place for you!

I've been here for only a couple months and i've seen it all here. I work out everyday and have for a while, and i don't even want to walk around here at night time.

Every couple days there are people screaming at the top of their lungs at eachother. There are MANY OBNOXIOUS people living here.
There are a good crowd of people however living here as well. I have met some good people and i know i will have friends from here for a while.

But i'm glad i don't have children, and if i did, i would have already gotten the hell out of here.

The office staff seem like nice people, but they've only proven themselves quite incompetent to me. I've already been given a couple run arounds from them about things.

The maintenance guy is really cool. He's enjoyable to chat with and talk to.

Oh, and if you ever have guests. Good luck. Parking is CRAP.

And they do have a laundry area on site, but it's hours are the same of that of the office. 8.30-5.30. HELLO, most people work from 8-5, good freaking luck getting your laundry done if you don't want to dish out $1000 for new washer/drier combos.
