I have visited Woodway Village at least 7 times before I decided to place an application. My application was approved within 3 days. I like that each unit has it's own attached garage. At first, I was a bit hesitant because there were so many people hanging outside, especially noisey children.Many of the adults hang out in their garage in the evening. Management decided to have free day care for the residents instead of a fitness center. The staff seems to be professional and willing to assist you. I'm not sure about the quality of maintenance.

I loved the floorplan of the apartment and the square footage. It has washer/dryer connections and a built in computer desk. The kitchen is a fairly nice size with lots of cabinets. I like the 6 paneled doors. There is a big walk in closet and garden tub in the Master Bathroom. The living room and each bed room has a ceiling fan and light. There also is an alarm system but you have to get it connected. The front door and the door going out to the garage each have a peephole, deadbolt and key entry. I wish that the patio was larger. I hope that my experience at Woodway Village will be enjoyable, quiet, and most importantly safe. There are some very nice homes across the street to look at.
