The maintenance is terrible. We have 3 bathrooms in our home, only one works, and it is on its last leg. The maintenance people never come out, and when they do, they barge into our home without regard to the tennants. They said they replaced a part in one of the toilets. We found the replacement part still in its original packaging next to the toilet.

This is pretty old. The maintenance has been great, and the new manager has fixed three of my minor requests the same day I submitted them.
