My roommate and i ultimately decided on woodwillow because it was so close to school (St Ed's)and it was the most space for our buck -- but you get what you pay for. What consctruction! I don't think there was a single right angle in the place. Also, it was terribly eniffecient keeping the place at a reasonable temperature - the lack of of a seal around the front door might have had something to do with it - and the kitchen is full of waste-of-spaces. Having a washer and dryer inside (connections only) was nice, though. Closet in non-master bedroom is a joke. Some scary neighbors, some not scary - luckily ours was a corner unit, so only i got to hear the yelling as i went to sleep. I was not going to wander around the complex at night, but i was not afraid to go from my car to my door. I was always able to find a parking spot - while it could be yet vastly improved, my only real complaint is heavy rains - good luck not wading to your car. Carpet should have been replaced before we moved in. No complaints with the commodes here (see other reviews). It is under new management now, and i looked at one of the units, and it looks like they're doing their best to make them presentable. Rent has dropped, too.
