I have lived here for two years and have had no problems. If something broke, it was fixed within 24 to 48 hours. I payed my rent on time and minded my own business. I know other tenant who did not do this and always complained about ever thing. My neighbors were ok, you have bad one and good ones, but that is anywhere you live. I always had a parking place and never had a problem walking from the laundry room at night or any other time.The manager was very good and was around when I need them. The maintenance was courteous and helpful.
