We moved out of these apartments 3 months ago, because of continual problems with the management.
Be careful when moving out! The manager would never answer our requests for a move-out inspection with us present. Phone calls & written correspondence was rarely, if ever answered.
Also, on the security deposit disbursement sheet (that was mailed to us well after the 30 day time limit), she tried to charge us for a pet deposit we had already paid over two years ago! (and yes, I had cancelled checks to prove it) We got some of our deposit back, but had to fight for it.
