I have lived here for over a year, when the old manager was here i could not wait for my lease to end, but luckly Steve replaced her. He has done so much for the complex it is clean, the parking is nicer, he is fast on responding to problems, even if no maintence man is around he will do it his self. I have never renewed a lease, and due to Steve's helpfulness, and him being on top of everything plan on staying here for a several years. I have never had a manager who cared about the residents like he does, it is really appreciated.
