I only lived here for six months. It was in my opinion a great deal considering the size of the units. I found it to be quiet and I never felt unsafe. I didnt have any of the problems with car theft or anything like that, but I wish some people would learn to take up only one space with their car, not park with half the car in one space, half the car in another.

With all that said, the old manager Norma at that time must have been the most overpaid employee in the whole city of Austin. She was a living example of the word USELESS. I cannot believe someone that incompetent could get a gig as good as managing a whole apartment complex. I am so glad to hear none of you have to suffer through her anymore, and I would definitely consider coming back here if I come back to Austin since this new guy sounds good
