I have been here a long time, and this place has had its ups and downs. Right now we are on an upswing coming back from a mid-range down.
The last manager was kinda lazy, but the new one seems alright. He fixed three problems that I had the first day that I told him about them (the previous manager knew about them for months and didn't do anything). The grounds are nice, and they keep them up fairly well. The apartments are huge for the price, and they are generally nice. I wish I had more windows, but that isn't something that can be helped.
Parking is a problem, but they are giving out parking stickers so maybe that will get better too.
The neighbors are nice, and there are a few friendly cats roaming around. I plan on staying for awhile.
