yeah so my first year in austin with this townhome, sounds good but this place isnt what its made to be.
maintence sucks, save all of your rent reciepts ( cause who knows what money they will misplace), dont expect the pool to be clean ( as of right now its closed by the austin dept. of health.) and there are rodents! in the apts. well ,mine at least
