For being so close to a university (St. Edwards) this is a remarkably quiet place to live. I am close to downtown, and on a few major bus routes. I can usually get to work downtown by bus faster than I can by car, when I factor in parking time.
The apartments are big, and I like not having an upstairs neighbor (all the apartments are two story townhomes, I think).
