Great location

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
 
I am a student at St. Eds and this is the perfect location. I can walk to campus and the rent is low compared to the other places I looked at. They are SERIOUS about noise, which is understandable, but it means you can't really have aparty. I like it and will probably stay while I am in school, as long as the rent doesn't go up too much.
