I really do like living at Woodwillow. The problem is that they only let you sign a six month lease. I am looking for a stable place to live where I don't have to constantly worry that I may be forced to find something new soon. I have never lived anywhere where they didn't try to keep people in the longest lease possible. It's weird.
Other than that I love it here and I will miss it. I love my apartment, the people who live near me, and the location. The maintenance is good and the manager is friendly. I recommend it if you don't mind short term leases.

Most complexes want long term leases because they want low turnover and to keep their units full. I live here and have looked at moving out a or two--I was trying to buy a house--and there was always a long waiting list to get in. My neighbors on either side of me have both been here for 5 years or more.

This is the manager again. We have changed the policy and are now offering 6 or 12 month leases for new residents and renewals.
