I've lived at Woodwillow for a year and don't want to leave! It's perfect if you're a St. Ed's student because you can safely and easily walk to classes. The apartments themselves are in pretty decent condition and there have been some minor renovations, including new paint on the outside.

We also have a new manager who seems to be working hard to continue improving the place. She's very understanding and I think she'll be a worthy replacement of Nathan, who was wonderful.

Other pros include the reasonable rent and size of the apartments, which are larger than others I have seen. The environment is very casual and the residents seem to be a pretty laid-back crowd.

Cons- there have been some cars broken into, plus a graffiti incident on one of the fences out front, which was quickly covered up, though not very well. Appliances are generic at best, and I've had an ongoing war with my dishwasher since moving in. The noise may be an issue for some people, depending on your tolerance for loud children and their frustrated parents.

However, I feel the pros far outweigh the cons in this situation. I've grown to love these old apartments and hope to renew my lease when the time comes.
