i have lived in this complex for just a little over a year and i enjoyed the location and the space. i cannot comment on the parking as i never used it; but whenever i did use it, there was always visitor parking available. if you are a walker and biker, there is a main bus line right on south congress!

the duplex is in great shape and a moderate size.
the kitchen is just what you would expect from something of this size and price range.

even the pool is a nice communal space, and the grounds are always well taken care of. the property manager was always professional and cordial and maintenance requests were always taken care of in a timely manner.

you cannot beat the price in the 78704 area.
