The management has continuously disappointed me and my family. They seem to care only for getting more tenants than taking care of them. I hope they resolve these issues. We have called Wyndhaven our home for 3 years. I'm happy to say that we're moving out soon. Also, they seem to have constant problems with their phone lines. Nobody picks up! The manager seems to be way over her head. We called once to ask if they would help us change the bulb in the closet. Since it was too high, we asked them since they have ladders and equipments. The lady who answered the phone said "We have had a meeting about this. Mentainance are only for mentainance. The tenants are responsible for things like that." Can you believe that' I was the one embarrassed about her lil speech. The yellow banners outside are all misleading. They even have only one computer to be shared by everyone! I wouldn't recommend this place even to the people I don't like. Need I mention the days they had issued notes about where to park since they're doing work witht he pavements' They gave us the wrong note!!! We parked right into the spot where it was scheduled that day. Our car was towed. They refused to pay for any damages. I'm so happy we bought a house already. Goodluck to all the new tenants. I hope you wouldn't experience all the horrible things my family has gone through.
