I lived here for two years and never got any good service. Maintenance had to be reminded over and over to fix things and they never fixed them right if at all. Management was a joke as well.

I finally moved out of that place when this last thing happened to me. I had a person move in above me that was the Neighbor From Hell. She and the people living with her kept up all sorts of noise and I never got any sleep or was always awakened out of my sleep. I complained to management several times and at first they acted like they were concerned. Well after about the 4th time of them claiming they had talked to my neighbor although there was no improvement, I finally asked them again what were they going to do about the noise problem.

There response was to put a notice on my door letting me know when my lease was up that they would not be renewing it! Now what is wrong with this picture' I got punished for something someone else was doing to me. Guess they just didn't want to deal with the problem and that was "managements" way of dealing with things.

To be fair, the manager that is there now was not the one who did all this. The one before that is the one who put the note on my door telling me they weren't renewing my lease. I bet they are going to have the same problem when the new person who moves in my apartment....unless that person is deaf! The manager who did this to me got transferred to a new apt. before I even moved out!

Anyway, it's not like I was going to renew my lease anyway after putting up with the grossly unfair "management". Tenants Council even told me that they didn't have the right to be retaliating against me like that.

Needless to say, I'm just glad to be out of that hell hole.
