horrible, terrrible and crap...... and some SEWER From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/2/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005   worst apt. on wells branch. worst experience out of all the apts ive lived in. everything breaks! i had to submit 9 service requests in 6 months! and im not that picky, i let some slide... 2 8inch cuts in the carpet, closet door doesnt close right, front door never closes you have to use the bolts...etc. no parking after 8pm you have to walk across the complex if u get home late. no noise resistance in the walls, you can hear ppl talking sometimes! REMEMBER THIS ONE: the water heater closet is in the dining room, it has a folding latice door (you know, the venting kind)... and as some of you know, wherever there is a water heater there is a drain. every now and then you get the luxury of enjoying a meal with the wonderful aroma of sewer... mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm oh yeah!! i almost forgot... the drain system isnt the greatest... so one day.... (yes, it gets better!) that drain in the dining room overflowed.... ... two days of sewer all over the dining room carpet, and about 3 more of the smell MMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM i could go on and on but i dont want to take too much of your time :P
