I have lived at these apartments for almost one year and I can not wait for my lease to be complete so that I can get out of these nasty, over priced, poorly maintained dwellings that are referred to as apartments.
The walls are so thin that you can actually hear your neighbors telephone ring, the maintenance people do not leave notices like they are supposed to when they enter your residence. There are yearly inspections, supposedly to identify any problems, but two weeks afterwards everything starts to break, leak and fall apart.
The office staff is the most unprofessional team of people that I have ever had the experience of dealing with, and worst of all is there is no one that you can escalate issues to in order to have them resolved.
There is no such thing as customer service while you reside here; none of my request have ever been answered in a timely manner or to my satisfaction.
I am seriously considering paying extra fees so that I can get out of here early.
I would not recommend this place to people that I don't like.
They are Horrible!!!
